Research contents:

The Innovation Team of Agricultural Microbial Resources works on collection and preservation, functional evaluation, and application of agricultural microbial germplasm resources, and conducts research on agricultural microbial genome and population genetics, plant-microbe-soil interactions, and agricultural microbial ecology, microbiome methods and assembly of functional microbiome.

Research objectives:

The team deploys typical microbial and new microbiome technologies to explore agricultural microbial resources, studies the mechanism of the microbes that maintain the agricultural ecosystem and the healthy development of plants, develops agricultural microbial fertilizers and products, and solves prominent problems in agricultural production and ecological environment.

Research direction:

Agricultural microbial resources, microbiome, plant-microbe interactions, and microbial fertilizers and products.

Team members:

Established in 2014, the innovation team of agricultural microbial resources has 13 members. They are:
