研究方向

原核微生物资源分类与系统学研究、耕地有机污染物微生物降解与代谢机理、健康耕地微生物资源应用与调控。

主要从事健康耕地系统中有益农业微生物组的结构组成分析与可培养功能微生物资源的发掘、系统分类、功能评价与综合利用研究。为消除农业生态环境中持久性污染物环境残留,提升耕地质量提供技术与资源支撑。已培养23名硕士和1名博士,目前在读硕士研究生8名,联合培养博士研究生2名。研究生多次获得国家奖学金、优秀研究生、优秀硕士学位论文、优秀毕业生等荣誉。
