冷佩,湖北孝感人,1986年生,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。主要从事农业定量遥感与农情遥感研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目、科技创新2030-重大项目课题等项目。发表SCI论文50余篇,授权发明专利10余项,第一发明人专利转化实施2项。中国遥感应用协会农业农村遥感分会常务理事,美国电子电气工程师学会高级会员。入选《全国博士后科学基金资助者选介》,获省部级科技奖励4项。
