李玉义,男,1978年9月出生,博士,中国农业科学院农业资源与农业区划研究所研究员,博士生导师,中国农业科学院盐碱地改良创新团队首席科学家,国家玉米产业技术体系岗位科学家,入选农业农村部“神农英才”计划、中国农业科学院“农科英才”计划和内蒙古自治区“草原英才”工程,目前担任国家盐碱地综合利用技术创新中心主任助理兼技术负责人、国家盐碱地农业科技创新联盟副秘书长。长期从事盐碱地改良、土壤障碍消减与地力提升等方面研究。主持国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金联合基金重点项目、中国农科院重大科技任务等各类科技项目20余项;发表论文100余篇,主编专著11部;授权国家发明专利13件,企业转让2项,制定标准12项,获省部级科技奖5项;深度参与多项国家层面盐碱地综合利用重大规划与实施方案编写。
【研究方向】
(1)盐碱地改良与产能提升:阐明土壤盐碱退化过程和靶向消减机理,研发剖面排盐、耕层控盐、根区抑盐、隔层阻盐、适生抗盐等盐碱障碍消减关键技术,创建以“增碳-固碳”为核心的盐碱地快速培肥技术体系,创新盐碱地抗逆促生与养分增效技术,开发功能性调理剂、耐盐微生物菌剂、种子包衣等新产品新材料,为盐碱地绿色消障提质提供科学理论与系统解决方案。
(2)多因子障碍消减与地力提升:重点开展中低产粮田多障碍因子解析及合理耕层指标阈值研究,建立理想耕层构建技术指标体系,研发深厚肥沃耕层构建技术及配套耕作机具,研发基于多碳源介入的快速均衡培肥技术及配套产品,阐明土壤有机质转化与固持机理。
