翟丽梅,1978年11月出生,河北唐山人,中国农业科学院农业资源与农业区划研究所研究员,博士生导师,中国农业科学院科技创新工程“面源污染团队”青年助理首席。主要从事农业面源污染发生机制、输移过程与防控技术等方面研究。
