Zhang Guojun, born in June 1975 in Tai'an, Shandong province, is a member of the Communist Party of China, a senior accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in management from Shandong Agricultural University. Zhang is currently the Deputy Director General of the Institute of Agricultural Resources and Regional Planning (IARRP) of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS). Zhang has been engaged in procuratorial work and financial assets management.
