Zhao Hongmei, born in December 1965 in Fucheng, Hebei province, is a member of the Communist Party of China and a research fellow. She holds a master's degree in political economy from the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Zhao has extensive experience in Party affairs and human resources management. She has held several key positions including as Deputy Director of the Party Committee Office and Deputy Head of the Human Resources Division at the Institute of Agricultural Resources and Regional Planning (IARRP), CAAS; Head of the Human Resources Division and Director of the Party Committee Office of the Institute of Environment and Sustainable Development in Agriculture (IEDA), CAAS; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection at the Administrative CAAS Party Committee; and Party Secretary and Deputy Director of Zhengzhou Fruit Research Institute, CAAS. Currently, Zhao serves as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection at the IARRP, CAAS.
