Wang Xiufang, born in Baodi, Tianjin, in June 1969, is a member of the Communist Party of China, a research fellow, and a certified public accountant. Wang graduated from the School of Agricultural Economics and Management of Beijing Agricultural University with a bachelor's degree in economics in July 1991. Wang serves as the Secretary of the Party Committee of the Institute of Agricultural Resources and Regional Planning (IARRP) of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS). She is also a deputy director of the institute, and has been long engaged in financial, asset and administrative management.
